Fixed Price Labor and Equipment Erection
Vertical Kiln Installation (~12 months)
Powell Construction Company performed all structural steel erection and mechanical installation. The mechanical installation included the Kiln Hoppers, Skip Hoist, Plumbing, Exhaust Stacks, and Dust Collectors. All engineering, foundations, and electrical were not in our scope of work.
Lime Loadout Installation (~9 months)
Powell Construction Company performed all structural steel erection and mechanical installation. The mechanical installation included the Loadout Silos, Bucket Elevator, Feed Conveyor, Scalping Screen Plumbing, Collection Conveyors, and Dust Collectors. All engineering, foundations, and electrical were not in our scope.
Aggregate System Installation (~6 months)
Powell Construction Company performed all structural steel erection and mechanical installation. The mechanical installation included the Transfer Conveyors, Transfer Structures, Reclaim Tunnel, Reclaim Conveyor, Crushing Stations Scalping Screen, Collection Conveyors, and Storage Conveyors. All engineering, foundations, and electrical were not in our scope.
